Character

Here, producers with small plots of land grow varieties like Colombia, Caturra, and Castillo on volcanic soil in ideal, temperate weather conditions. Jhony Albierto Chavez’s farm, La Casa, is in the Yacuanquer area of Nariño, where he grows Caturra trees. This coffee is bright and sweet, with notes of tropical fruit like pineapple, mango, and graham cracker. The communities surrounding the Galeras Volcano in Nariño are home to some of the most beautiful coffees in the world.
