This is Pepe Jijon's first year of GeshaGesha (Geisha)A rare, jasmine-and-bergamot scented variety originally from Ethiopia's Gesha forest, made famous by Panama's Hacienda La Esmeralda. Routinely the most expensive coffee at auction. production, and it is an honor to have the opportunity to work with it! The cup is fruit-forward, with flavors of fermented tropical fruits, delicate florals, and deep sweetness.
