This selection continues our exploration of the Pacas varietyVariety (cultivar)The botanical subtype of the coffee plant — Gesha, Bourbon, SL28 — analogous to grape varieties in wine. A major driver of cup character alongside origin and process. and the Santa Bárbara region. This is our first year purchasing coffee from Darlin Guzman, and we feel this 100% Pacas lot truly represents the potential of this variety and place. In the cup we find plum, raspberry, and lemongrass.
