The cherries for this special collaboration were harvested from Crispilliano’s extremely high-elevation GeshaGesha (Geisha)A rare, jasmine-and-bergamot scented variety originally from Ethiopia's Gesha forest, made famous by Panama's Hacienda La Esmeralda. Routinely the most expensive coffee at auction. garden and transported in refrigerated trucks to the Lost Origin lab in Panama City for highly controlled and intentional processing. In the cup we find Jolly Rancher, jasmine, candied orange, and green apple.
