This lot comes from an exciting new project in one of our favorite coffee-growing regions, Arbegona. This beautiful honeyHoney processThe skin is removed but some sticky fruit mucilage is left on during drying. Lands between washed and natural: more sweetness and body than washed, cleaner than natural.-processed coffee is a striking example of the fruit complexity and florality this special region can produce. In the cup we find peach tea, hibiscus, apricot, and lime.
