This year we worked with one of our favorite washing stations in Gedeb, Halo Hartume, to create a special white honeyHoney processThe skin is removed but some sticky fruit mucilage is left on during drying. Lands between washed and natural: more sweetness and body than washed, cleaner than natural.-processed lot for the first time. We could not be happier with the results. In the cup we find yellow peach, berries, honeysuckle, and lemon.
