This is the second TyOxy lot Pepe specially prepared for us this season, and it is another stunning work of art. We are not sure how he has maintained such consistently high quality this year, but it is truly remarkable. This is another very small, regenerative, and organic 30kg lot. In the cup we find blackberry juice with hints of tree tomato.
