This is our first release from Victor Chala, an inspiring producer growing Pink BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. in southern Huila. We are excited to include his coffee in our selections this season, and look forward to visiting his farm on our next trip to Colombia. In the cup we find rose tea, orange zest, and elderberry.
