Lands between washed and natural: more sweetness and body than washed, cleaner than natural. processed coffee from Ethiopia. This cup is dynamic and complex. It is fruit-forward while maintaining a bright lively acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it. and excellent clarity. In the cup we find tons of tropicals, melons, stone fruit, and florals.
