This is an excellent balanced selection from the region of Cauca. This is both a newer region as well as a new producer for us. In the cup we find a delicately fruited sweetness-forward profile, balanced acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it., and notes of citrus and cacao.
