Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it. to keep it from being clunky, it’s what lots of our customers think of when they think of “good coffee.” We are especially proud of our sourcing for this coffee, as organic-certified coffees from Brazil are extremely hard to come by, and cost twice as much as comparable Brazils that carry no certification. We are confident you will not find a better Brazil-based, certified organic espresso blend anywhere, especially at this price point. If you do, please let us know. Seriously! This coffee was chosen as a Golden Bean bronze medal winner in 2016.
