This is white coffee (IYKYK) at the best. For the uninitiated; we roast coffee until it is the color of a peanut and then use special grinders (the beans are hard as rocks) to grind it for espresso. After that, you pull untamped shots in your espresso machine. Think of it as caffeine plus all the other antioxidents in coffee, just without coffee flavor.
