This beautiful washedWashed processThe fruit is removed from the seed before drying, usually with fermentation and a water rinse. Tends to give clean, transparent cups where origin character shows clearly. coffee from producer Jacinto Domingo Marcos comes to us from the Huehuetenango region. Washed coffees from Guatemala are often citric, light and sweet, and this one is no exception. It carries a vibrant orange-like sweetness, complemented by round, full-bodied notes of plum and cane sugar, creating a layered and complex profile.
