Origin & Producer This coffee comes from Finca El Paraíso in Cauca, Colombia, where brothers Diego and Alex Bermúdez are redefining what’s possible in specialty coffee through meticulous and science-based processing. Although not from a coffee background, Diego discovered the world of coffee cultivation while studying Agricultural Business Administration, selling coffee to cooperatives to support his education. After winning first place in a regional coffee competition in 2015, the brothers never looked back, combining science and tradition to create innovative, high quality coffees.
