We have created this traditional Mocha Java blendBlendCoffees from multiple origins roasted or mixed together for a consistent, balanced profile year-round — the traditional backbone of espresso menus. that incorporates coffees from two of the oldest coffee producing cultures in the world, Yemen and Java. The name “Mocha” comes from the Yemeni Port of Mocha through which all Yemeni coffee historically passes. The name “Java” identifies the Indonesian island of Java. In the earliest days of the coffee and spice trade in Europe during the 1700’s, these two coffees were the most prized products transported by the British East India Trading Company.
