Coffee Details Origin Brazil & Ethiopia Style Blend (100% specialty arabica) Roast Level Medium-dark Tasting Notes Vanilla, caramel, ripe berries, chocolate finish About This Coffee Canelé pairs two complementary origins to build a cosy, approachable cup. The Brazilian component brings caramel sweetness and chocolate depth — the foundation for that full, rounded body. The Ethiopian component lifts it with vanilla softness and a gentle berry brightness, adding just enough fruit to keep things interesting. Roasted medium-dark in our Kuala Lumpur roastery, the blend is built to stay smooth and low in acidity — the kind of coffee that holds up beautifully under milk and forgives small mistakes in your routine. It is comfort in a cup, made for slow weekend mornings and afternoon breaks. How to Brew Canelé Espresso 1:1 ratio, pulled for milk-based drinks Filter 1:13 ratio at 93°C If your espresso tastes sharp or thin, grind a touch finer; if it runs bitter, go slightly coarser. For filter, a 1:13 ratio keeps the body rich without muting the sweetness. How Much Coffee Is in a Bag? At about 18g per shot, a 300g bag makes roughly 16 milk-based espresso drinks — around RM2.19 per cup. A 1kg bag makes roughly 55 cups, or about RM1.98 per cup, the best value once Canelé becomes your daily. Frequently Asked Questions Is Canelé better for espr
