Developed over a year this blend is composed completely at origin, which is something we've never done before. It was inspired by the happy accident development lot initiatives started by Unblended and mirror our own values strongly. Every cup delivers a joyful burst of peachy sweetness with surprising complexity and . This collaboration extends availability while directly supporting the next generation of coffee producers we're proud to work alongside. Coffee Info: We Taste: Peaches, Brown Sugar, Peach Sweet Tea, Stellar Collisions The Next Generation is made up of the following coffees: PEACH — Sebastian Ramirez Farm Name: Fincas El Placer Location: Quindío, Colombia Elevation: 1744 masl Variety: Caturra Process: Black Honey / Co-Fermented RECRUITMENT LOT — Community Lot Farm Name: Recruitment Lot Location: Andes, Antioquia, Colombia Elevation: 1800-2000 masl Variety: Castillo, Caturra & Colombia Process: Washed Currently taking place in Andes, Antioquia, The Recruitment Lot program aims to identify and attract young coffee producers interested in turning their farms into successful businesses in the specialty coffee market. The program establishes quality parameters and taste profiles, holds joint cuppings, and collaborates with Cabresto to reach more people in the region. By evaluating the quality and taste of each coffee lot, the team hopes to identify potential candidates for the program and provide support through the Young Producer Association (YPA) in town. This lot is the result of that identification process, and we're delighted to share it with you.
