We’re excited to introduce Bali Blue Moon , a satisfying Indonesian coffee that beautifully fills that space left by our Java coffee. This wet-hulledWet-hulledIndonesian method (giling basah) where parchment is stripped while the seed is still wet, then dried bare. Gives the earthy, spicy, heavy-bodied profile classic to Sumatra., medium roast strikes a lovely balance between sweet and savory, offering comfort with a little intrigue. Bright notes of kiwi lift the cup while toasted sesame brings depth and warmth, easing into a lingering, earthy finish. Balanced and forgiving, Bali Blue Moon shines even as it cools, making it the kind of coffee that’s just as enjoyable when you rediscover your mug later on.
