Meet Organic Kayon Mountain, our newest Best of Ibis release from Ethiopia’s celebrated Guji Zone. Grown at Kayon Mountain Coffee Farm in the Oromia region, this natural-process coffee comes from a family-owned farm operated by Ismael Hassen Aredo and his family since 2012. Carefully cultivated and beautifully expressive, Kayon Mountain showcases the vibrant fruit character and layered sweetness we love in Ethiopian coffees. Roasted medium-light, this cup opens with a rich coconut cream body, bright raspberry acidity, and a sweet navel orange finish.
