The Sholi Cooperative is located in the Muhanga district of the Southern Province of Rwanda, about halfway between Kigali and Lake Kivu. Born out of a women's association called Kundwa ("love") in 2008, the group maintains a focus on investing in long-term coffee quality through consistent infrastructure development and access initiatives, as well as service to their community through various health and wellness programs. Sholi’s consistently high-scoring lots show a meticulous dedication to their craft at every stage, from cherry selection to processing to storage.
