Employing 20 permanent and 250 seasonal workers across 350 drying beds, Ephtah is committed to sustainable, collaborative supply chains, quality assurance, and social impact, supporting farmers through upfront payments, premiums, and school fee assistance, while investing in expanded facilities and community development despite ongoing financial challenges.
