Directly sourced from producers around Colombia and roasted in Brooklyn, our coffee goes from origin to cup in as little as 10 days. El Sol is a well-balanced coffee with sweet notes of caramel and ripe stone fruit, warm baking spices and a peach finish. Ideal for all brewing methods.
