It offers a beautiful balance of two distinct Ethiopian regions. You’ll taste the heart of Jimma and the soul of Sidama . The result? A cup that’s layered, expressive, and smooth. The Blend This is a careful blend of natural-processed Jimma and washed Sidama coffees. We source both directly through strong, long-term partnerships. Jimma brings deep sweetness , a creamy body, and chocolate notes. Sidama adds floral brightness , crisp citrus, and a clean finish. Together, they create a cup that’s elegant and grounded. You’ll get initial notes of floral aroma and a hint of nougat . As it opens, chocolate and citrus take the lead. It’s vibrant, but not overwhelming. It’s sweet, but never cloying. From Two Unique Regions Jimma is located in western Ethiopia. Its highlands are rich in volcanic soil and dense forest cover. Most farms are small and family-run. Here, coffee grows wild and full of character. Natural processing brings out its deep, sugary flavors. Sidama , on the other hand, lies in the south. It’s known for washed coffees that sparkle with acidity. Its altitude and heirloom varieties create light, clean cups. Flavors often include citrus , jasmine , and stone fruit .
