Espresso Coffee Taster: Four Unique Dark Roasts Welcome to the rich world of Ethiopian specialty coffee . At our roastery in Denmark, we bring you coffee with deep roots and a strong story. Our focus is simple—quality, sustainability, and fairness. We source directly from farmers in Ethiopia, paying fair prices through direct trade . This helps create a positive impact in farming communities. It also ensures full traceability from farm to cup. Every step of our process supports quality, care, and transparency. Our Espresso Coffee Taster is the perfect way to explore our dark roast range. It includes four unique coffees: Desta, Zenu, Worke, and Nehi. Each one comes in a 100g bag of freshly roasted whole beans. These coffees are roasted for espresso but also work well in moka pots or AeroPress. You can expect bold flavors, rich body, and smooth finishes in every cup. Desta – Classic, Bold, Balanced Desta is a dark roast that delivers classic espresso notes. You’ll taste dark chocolate, roasted nuts, and a touch of dried fruit. It has a bold body and low acidity. Desta is ideal for those who enjoy deep, rich flavors without bitterness. It is named after a farmer who has worked with us since the beginning. His beans consistently show balance and depth. Zenu – Spicy, Smooth, Sweet Zenu brings warmth and spice to your cup. This coffee has tasting notes of cinnamon, brown sugar, and dark berries. It’s smooth with a sweet finish. Zenu is grown in a high-altitude area of western Ethiopia . The cooler climate helps the beans develop slowly, adding complexity. This roast offers a flavorful and cozy espresso, perfect for cool mornings. Worke – Fruity, Bold, Complex Worke stands out for its bold fruit flavors and rich mouthfeel. Expect notes of ripe plum, cacao, and sweet tobacco. It’s a layered coffee with a long, satisfying finish. Worke is named after a woman-led cooperative in southern Ethiopia. The group focuses on sustainable growing methods and hand-picking only ripe cher
