Origin Story Fazenda Santuário Sul is a coffee nerd's dream farm. Inspired by his travels to Intelligentsia's Extraordinary Coffee Workshops, Luiz Paulo planted over 30 exotic coffee varieties on 80 hectares of land. He has paired his desire for new genetics with a passion for processing. The seeds for this GeishaGesha (Geisha)A rare, jasmine-and-bergamot scented variety originally from Ethiopia's Gesha forest, made famous by Panama's Hacienda La Esmeralda.
