Character
We rely on the Pereira Family of Carmo de Minas for some of our favorite coffees from Brazil. Fazenda Isidro Pereira is at the heart of the family's farms, serving as a workshop for experimental processing and agronomy. Selective picking, careful processing, and meticulous sorting all contribute to this coffee's lovely flavor profile. Full-bodied and chocolatey, we're notes of hazelnut, almond, cocoa, and poached pear.
