This extremely small farm, Pinares, has always been one of our favorites in all of Santa Bárbara. We are honored to offer this as a separated lot. In the cup we find a ripe and fresh expression of blueberries, hibiscus, bright acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it., and a long finish.
