ABOUT THE COFFEE Sourced from family-owned farms in Nueva Segovia, our Nicaragua Dipilto comes to us via Cafetos de Segovia, a processing facility run by sisters Ana and Martha Albir Sotomayor. There they take a step rarely seen in Nicaragua, drying coffee parchment on shaded patios and raised beds, ensuring uniform and gentle drying to bring out the best flavors. TASTING NOTES Notes of dark chocolate, almond, and citrus.
