We blend four origins so each does a job — Brazil lays down the chocolate base and naturalNatural processThe whole cherry is dried with the fruit still on the seed. Gives heavier body and big fruit flavors — think berries and wine — sometimes with a fermenty edge. sweetness, Peru adds balanced body and caramel depth, Ethiopia lifts the cup with a subtle cherry brightness, and Indonesia brings earthy richness and a creamy texture. Roasted dark in our Kuala Lumpur roastery, the blend is pushed for body and sweetness rather than sharpness, so it stays smooth and forgiving with near-zero perceived acidity. That makes it a natural partner for milk — flat whites, lattes and iced coffee — while still holding its own as a straight black brew.
