The focus is on elevating quality through sustainable, hands-on cultivation. This lot comes from a collective of local farmers growing the Parainema varietal. Cultivated at high elevations and harvested with care, the cherries are brought down from the steep slopes and processed close to the farm, preserving clarity and character in the cup. Expect a rich and creamy profile of chocolate, almond praline, and bright notes of nectarine. Brew Methods: Espresso, Filter, French Press
