Gives heavier body and big fruit flavors — think berries and wine — sometimes with a fermenty edge. Ethiopian is very clean, well-fruited, and aromatic. Nensebo G1 is special because it traces back to just one farm in West Arsi. This is a new relationship for us, and we hope to feature many more coffees from future harvests. This coffee was naturally processed - ripe cherries were picked and then tried on raised beds for 2 weeks. After that, the coffee was milled, sorted by machine and then again by hand.
