    Grown in Nyeri’s lush highlands at 1,500–1,700 metres above sea level and processed at the Rurika factory, this coffee showcases the care and craft of the Othaya Cooperative. It is fully washed before undergoing the Swiss Water Process — a chemical-free method that gently removes caffeine while preserving flavour integrity. Roasted medium, it delivers rich notes of blackberry, dark chocolate, and plum, with a full mouthfeel. A versatile cup that shines in espresso-based drinks as well as filter and manual brews.
