Character
To continue the success of our Previous NaturalNatural processThe whole cherry is dried with the fruit still on the seed. Produces intense, unusual flavors — cinnamon, bubblegum, boozy fruit — that divide opinion. Brazilian coffee, we now move to a new region of Brazil in Sul de Minas. Adriano Muñiz and his family are proudly producing wonderfully flavourful and unique coffees on their farm, using progressive and forward-thinking cultivation and processing methods. Adriano has a specific plot for experimentation, allowing for continuous tests on new methods of farming, basing his results on sensory analysis of how coffees grow in his unique microclimate. From this lot, future developments on larger scale can move forward and progress to lots such as this one. This coffee is perfect for all brewing methods, allowing for a flavourful but easy-going profile.
