Character

Specialty Coffee from Ethiopia – Roasted in Denmark Sustainably produced and roasted locally, this Ethiopian coffee is crafted with care and integrity. We believe in direct trade , social impact , and uncompromising quality . Round • Fruity Acidity • Nutty Aroma This coffee is bright, floral, and bursting with life. You’ll taste juicy watermelon and ripe blueberry on first sip. A touch of citrus candy adds a sweet, zesty kick. As it cools, the cup mellows into smooth milk chocolate . It’s an elegant transformation — soft, sweet, and comforting. Grown in the Highlands of Limu Our beans are grown in the highlands near Limu , in western Ethiopia. This region sits between 1,700 and 2,200 meters above sea level. The soil here is rich and volcanic — perfect for growing high-quality coffee. Farms are small, family-owned, and use traditional cultivation methods. Many farmers grow heirloom varietals , passed down for generations. These varietals, combined with Limu’s elevation, give the coffee its unique profile. Expect clean flavors , balanced acidity , and soft, layered fruit notes. Limu coffees are often overlooked, yet they rival Ethiopia’s most famous origins. They offer something subtle, refined, and deeply satisfying. Why Limu? Limu is lesser known than Yirgacheffe or Sidama — but no less impressive. Its coffees are more rounded, less floral, but still full of character. They’re complex without being sharp. They’re structured, yet soft and drinkable. That makes Limu perfect for both everyday drinkers and coffee lovers . How We Roast It We roast in small batches at our Copenhagen roastery. Each roast is carefully profiled to highlight Limu’s natural balance. We never over-roast or flatten the flavor. We want you to taste the origin, the process, the story. It’s about preserving identity — not covering it up. Sustainably Sourced. Socially Responsible. We buy directly from Ethiopian producers. That means fair pricing, transparency, and stronger relationships. Our goal is
