Driven by process, roast, variety, and brew method. with a clean finish. The cup stays sweet and balanced whether enjoyed on its own or with milk. The Swiss WaterSugarcane (EA) decafDecaffeination using ethyl acetate derived from fermented sugarcane, common in Colombia. Keeps sweetness well; often labeled 'EA' or 'sugarcane process'. Process uses only water, temperature, and time to gently remove caffeine without chemicals and without stripping away the coffee’s flavour. The goal is to keep the coffee true to its origin, just without the caffeine. We approach this coffee with the same care as any of our other releases because decaf deserves the same attention and intention as everything else we roast.
