This washedWashed processThe fruit is removed from the seed before drying, usually with fermentation and a water rinse. Tends to give clean, transparent cups where origin character shows clearly. Guji barely missed our internal threshold for landing on Prodigal's main menu. We scored this coffee approximately 87 points. We find flavors of berries, light citrus, and soft florals. This coffee was grown between 1800-2000 meters, picked, fully washed, and dried 8-10 days. 2025-2026 new crop.
