This traditional honeyHoney processThe skin is removed but some sticky fruit mucilage is left on during drying. Lands between washed and natural: more sweetness and body than washed, cleaner than natural.-processed lot comes from Hamasho, one of our favorite sites in Bensa. Selected and processed specifically for SEY, it is the first of three special preparation lots we collaborated on with Hamasho this year. In the cup we find sweet melon, tropical fruits, and complex florality.
