The regions fertile red clay soil, abundant rainfall and high altitude bring coffees known for their complexity and refinement. Small holder farmers deliver ripe cherries to the mill where they are carefully processed and sun dried. This coffees smooth tropical fruit and honey notes showcase Sidama's reputation for Ethiopia's most expressive coffees.
